Welcome to Real Drum Metronome. These Terms of Use govern your use of our website (realdrummetronome.com) and our application (collectively referred to as the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
Real Drum Metronome is a digital practice ecosystem designed for musicians. We offer both a free version with limited features and a premium subscription-based version ("Pro").
The free version of Real Drum Metronome offers basic functionalities at no cost. Access to extended BPM ranges, specific drum sounds, and advanced training modules is limited compared to the Pro version.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy, LLC. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. They handle all customer service inquiries regarding payments, billing, and applicable taxes.
New users are eligible for a 7-day free trial of the Pro version. During this period, you can cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing Portal without being charged.
After the trial period ends, the subscription fee will be charged as specified during the checkout process (monthly or annually). All prices are subject to applicable taxes based on your location, which are collected and remitted by Lemon Squeezy.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. Payments will be charged to your chosen payment method on a recurring basis.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Billing Portal provided by Lemon Squeezy (accessible through your User Profile). If you cancel after the trial period, you will retain Pro access until the end of your current paid billing cycle.
Because we offer a 7-day Free Trial to allow you to fully test all Pro features before any payment is processed, we generally do not issue refunds once the trial ends and the subscription fee has been charged.
We value your satisfaction. If you believe there has been a billing error or you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the Service, please contact us at support@realdrummetronome.com within 14 days of the transaction. We reserve the right to evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
The Service and its original content (including but not limited to drum samples, audio recordings, guitar scale maps, and interactive exercises) are owned by Real Drum Metronome and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
